Who am i?
Hi - My name is Devika and I’m a registered dietitian in British Columbia, Canada.
I work predominantly with women (from different areas of the world) who are looking to lose 10 lbs or more through a portion controlled and an all foods fit approach. In other words, you can bake your cookies and eat them too when trying to lose weight!
I am here to help shift the mindset from the restrictive dieting approach to one that is adaptable. While weight loss is the goal, this kind of weight management approach can help support a positive relationship with food as there are no food restrictions. Through a combination of all foods fit and the science behind weight management, I show individuals how to lose 10-20 lbs through a portion-controlled approach, so that they can confidently eat the foods they love and still lose weight.

Devika Sharma, received her first BSc (major Biology) from Simon Fraser University and earned her second BSc (major Dietetics) from the University of British Columbia. She currently holds a position as a renal dietitian in an outpatient hemodialysis unit. Although renal disease is her area of expertise, she has a great deal of interest and experience with weight management. She is the founder of One More Bite (a Vancouver based nutrition consulting company) that aims to provide accurate dietary information to help individuals meet their weight goal.
Devika is also the author of the book Macro Cookbook for Beginners.
