heyyyy guys, what’s poppin?🌽 this weekend we had battle of the sweet VS savoury popcorn (details below)! The result? It was a tie. At least it was a fibre filled weekend. 😬#keepingupwiththedietitian

🍿Cheesy Chive Popcorn (serves 3)
Ingredients:
✔️6c popcorn, plain
✔️2 tbsp olive oil
✔️¼ tsp garlic powder**
✔️1/8 tsp onion powder
✔️2tbsp chives, fresh, minced
✔️1 tbsp nutritional yeast (2 tbsp for more cheesier taste)
✔️¼ tsp chili flakes (optional - to taste)

Place popcorn in a bowl.
Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion powder and mix well.
Pour over popcorn – mix well.
Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over the popcorn and mix for an even coating.
Divide into three bowls, and enjoy! *

🍿Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Popcorn
Ingredients:
✔️6c popcorn, plain
✔️ 30g dark chocolate
✔️ 1/8tsp sea salt

Break chocolate and place in small microwaveable bowl.
Heat dark chocolate for 1 minute in microwave. Remove and stir.
Repeat heating at shorter intervals (i.e. 20seconds) ensuring adequate mixing between each interval.
Once chocolate is of smooth consistency (melted), drizzle over popcorn.
Sprinkle 1/8tsp of sea salt.
