I’ll admit – I’m a snacker, but at least I try to be a prepared snacker.😬 History has shown me that if I don’t have filling and delicious snacks on hand, I’m more likely to eat 2x the amount of food at my next meal. True story. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Everyone knows how much I love fibre, but including healthy fats are just as important to keep you feeling full. One of my go-to healthy fat source is #BobsRedMill pumpkin seeds. It’s a staple in my pantry, and I’ve been including them in my diet since the start of OMB IG time. #Bobspartner
