As farro as I can see, my lunch has F I B R E written all over it! Who agrees?🙋🏻‍♀️ #BobsPartner Since I’m on this roasted chickpea kick and I made enough for a few days, I tossed it into my farro salad for lunch #ad (see below for details). I want to know…👇🏼

-high protein and fibre source
-contains antioxidants
-contains trace minerals (e.g. magnesium, zinc)
-pairs well with many dishes (e.g. soups, salads)

 🌱Salad details:
➕2c mixed greens (kale, baby spinach) and red cabbage shreds
➕2 tbsp pistachios
➕2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
➕1/3c roasted chickpeas
➕2/3c @BobsRedMill farro cooked
➕1 tbsp lemon juice (or adjust as needed)
